LAVENDER CASHMERE RELAXING SOAP

After few weeks my stock of lovely soaps already dissapeared. And here they are the new ones. I don't like to repeat myself with patterns and techniques, so every time I am soaping, I want to try something different. I tried new parfume oils and mixed some lavender and cashmere drops. It smells delicious!

EASTER BASKETS

If you want to do these lovely easter baskets, you need paper plates, smooth thick paper, raffia, markers and colors. They are really easy to make. I cut half circle from the plate that I create this open basket shape. Next step - I coloured it with brown paint. When I waited for this to dry, I contour different sized eggs and coloured them too. I took black marker and drew some different patterns on the eggs and glued them from the back side of the plate (basket). I added some raffia and that's it!

EASTER EGGS

I love them :) Very easily crafted in short time. You need polystyrene eggs, grill sticks, easter motive  napkins, ribbon, glue. I inserted stick into the egg and I cut part of the napkin, which I wanted to use for my egg. I didn't use whole napkin because it is too big for one egg. I removed white layer of napkin and used printed pattern for my work. I put it over the egg. I used white wood glue because it is really versatile useful. I mixed my glue with water and applied it on the napkin with soft brush. I waited for couple of minutes for napkin to dry. Then I used ribbon and tied it on the stick. You can put it in vase if you have a lot of them or stick them into the sponge. Happy easter!

VALENTINE TREES

Aren't they gorgeus? We did it in school. Each of the children drew their palm with wrist and cut it. We chose appropriate background - grey. I cut the paper strips on cutting machine, fold in the middle on the half and glued, when I made the heart. Then I poured the glue on glass pad. Children took hears and dip into the glue. They put it wherever they wanted to on the hand-tree. We enjoyed it!

SCARF WITH SPARKLES

My knitted scarf with sparkles :) I knitted it with just one way pattern. I tried with both ways but I decided it is better like that beacuse of the sparkles. I found it difficult to yarn over and pulling through. But eventually it pays of - it is really warm and nice :)

CUP OF TEA

We were doing this cups of tea last week with children in school. I got idea on Pinterest and decided to make some changes, because it would be a lot work with printing for each student. So I took usual paper and cut it on stripes. I folded it on both sides, left and right. Then children used theirs imagination and drew whatever they liked to be on that cup. I taped it from the inner side cca 2 cm apart that I could get that rounded form of cup. I used blue paper for base and drew 2 lines for "steam" with white pencil.

Then I added that paper on rope from tea bags and taped it on our cup.

That cups are very lovely on our board on the hall. :)
